Did I get to bed early last night? Bwahahahahaha! It was after midnight before I got to bed. Why do I do that to myself?
I have started to work on my list of 43 Things. So far I have 13.
Do you have any goals you are working on?

Well, I can go with losing weight, spending more time with the kids and missus, being nicer to the kids and the missus.

Most of my attempts at losing weight centre around trying to reduce my caloric intake - obviously eating less is one way, the other is to reduce the caloric density of the foods I'm eating - so anything that weighs in over 2 calories per gram is pretty much a no-no.

Why do you need 43 things?

Eating more veggies is something I'm trying to do too. Good luck with all of your goals.

I'd be so overwhelmed with 43 that I would quit before I started!

I would like to lose some weight. And get to bed earlier. For some insane reason, we usually wind up getting to bed at 2 am ... at the earliest. No wonder I feel like a zombie.

I've been working on having a more positive attitude. Unfortunately society and reality are NOT cooperating with me. People keep pissing me off and reality bites!

Maybe I'll try that eating more vegetables thing. I should be able to accomplish that one.
